The Provider Law Firm reserves the right to make independent professional judgments about the provision of any Services under this Contract. The Company will in no way influence or attempt to affect the rendering of professional services by the Provider Law Firm.

A. Adequate and Timely Notice: The failure by the Covered Person to timely send to the Provider Law Firm adequate facts, necessary documents, authorizations, or act per the instructions of the Provider Law Firm shall make any obligation of the Provider Law Firm to provide the Services for that matter null and void.

Contract - Individual Plan

Dear Member:

Thank you for purchasing a Legal Plan. All Covered Persons may receive the legal services outlined in this Contract and any attachments (“Services”) from a group of licensed attorneys (“Provider Law Firm”) selected by the Company. The Company does not provide these Services. The Company’s network of attorneys are third-party independent contractors who agree to provide Services directly via a separate retention agreement between you and the attorney, not through the Company. A conflict check by the attorney will apply.

The Services are provided in return for your payment of the membership fee (“Fee” or “Fees,” plus applicable taxes) and abiding by the terms and conditions of this Contract. All requests for Services must be directed to a Base Immigration through the phone number disclosed in the membership portal. For legal matters that arise within the United States, but outside your state of residence, the Provider Law Firm may refer you to a Referral Attorney who is licensed in the appropriate jurisdiction. Should you move to a new state, your membership Contract will switch to your new state of residence after you notify the Company. Please refer to the General Provisions and other sections of this Contract for the terms and conditions of this legal plan, including the definitions of capitalized terms.
